Bell Phillips Architects

Bell Phillips Architects

Bell Phillips was established in 2004 after our co-founders won an international design competition to carry out a major regeneration project in East London. Today we are a studio with a reputation for high-quality design and a diverse portfolio of work which spans across several sectors. We work at all stages from feasibility studies, through to planning applications, technical design and construction.

Our approach is underpinned by our commitment to a low-carbon future and the communities we serve. It is complemented by a fundamental understanding of the technical, financial, and practical realities, ensuring our designs are viable, deliverable, and, most importantly, desirable.

As a practice, we have a strong moral and social purpose that is translated by using our skills as architects to make a tangible, positive impact on people’s quality of life. Working with aspirational developers, councils and communities, we understand the power of meaningful collaboration in pioneering the future of placemaking. We aim to contribute to the social realm and built heritage by creating uplifting places, building for the future, and by respecting communities, collaborators, and the environment.
