Freddie Broadhurst is Senior Social Impact Manager at British Land, where he leads social impact strategy across major regeneration projects, including Canada Water in Southwark and developments at Regent's Place in Camden and Broadgate in the City of London.

 

With extensive experience in urban regeneration, Freddie works across the private, public and voluntary sectors to shape partnerships and programmes that deliver lasting social and economic value alongside commercial performance.

 

He is an active researcher with an interest in the governance and delivery of social value in large-scale regeneration. His recent work has examined the conditions that allow tri-sector partnerships to form, sustain and scale, generating meaningful outcomes for developers, local authorities, and communities alike.
