With the global wellness economy projected to reach $10 trillion by 2029, join NLA and Placemaking London for the launch of Saluura.

Saluura (www.saluura.com) is a new approach to wellness appraisal, design and delivery, developed in response to growing demand for places that support human wellbeing while creating lasting value.

Unlike traditional frameworks, Saluura evaluates entire places, from neighbourhoods and regeneration projects to mixed-use developments, estates, campuses and BID areas. Its approach is structured  around six dimensions of wellness: physical, mental, social, community, environmental and economic wellbeing.

At this breakfast event, attendees will hear about the growing role of wellness in shaping the future of property, investment and placemaking; discover the story behind Saluura; and explore how wellness can be embedded into investment, development, regeneration, ESG and place-shaping strategies.

Bringing together leaders from across the built environment, the session will explore how a more holistic approach to wellness places can improve health outcomes for people and communities while creating long-term social, environmental and commercial value.
