Hilary is an architect, urban designer and masterplanner who works on housing and mixed-use projects that are about making good places, people and planning for good growth. She is a founder director of Tibbalds Planning and Urban Design working closely with communities, and using the design and planning process as a tool for delivery she brings together creative thinking and problem solving skills with the ability to unite people behind a shared vision.
