Hilary is an architect, urban designer and masterplanner who works on housing and mixed-use projects with a focus on good growth and the needs of both on people and planet.  She is a founder director of Tibbalds Planning and Urban Design working closely with communities, has a focus on social value and using the design and planning process as a tool for delivery. She brings together creative thinking and problem solving skills with the ability to unite people behind a shared vision.
