Huw has over 28 years of experience in the UK Real Estate profession, with a predominant focus on the Central London market.

Graduating in 1983, Huw initially worked at Legal & General, then joined Hillier Parker in 1987 before continuing his career with Trafalgar House between 1988 and 1994.  Huw started at AXA in 1994, and since 2009 Huw has been UK Head of Transactions sourcing and procuring investment and development product in Central London. Recent transactions total c£600m in two development sites (60 Holborn Viaduct, EC1 and Bevis Marks House, EC3) both of which will be speculatively developed into a supply constrained market and 20 Gresham Street, EC2.
