James joined BuckleyGrayYeoman in 2007 becoming an Associate Director in 2013 and has developed a range of expertise in sectors including residential, commercial and retail to student accommodation and transport. 

He’s worked on a number of high profile projects within the company including a 300,000sqft workplace and retail scheme for an international client within the City of London, a 21-storey student accommodation building for a prestigious client in East London, a mixed-use masterplan scheme for a site including 4 buildings within the Olympic site and a new build workspace building near Old Street.

James is currently heading up a team exploring co-working space within a soon to be completed complex of buildings in Central London.
