Jennie Coombs has over 30 years’ experience in the housing and property sector, in a wide variety of roles including sales, housing management, development, and strategy. Jennie is currently the Head of Affordable Housing at Be First, the development company established by the London Borough of Barking and Dagenham. Her work there has included the redevelopment of the Gascoigne estate in Barking, which will deliver over 2,500 new homes.
