Jennifer is Commercial Director of Housing Delivery at Waltham Forest Council, where she oversees the Council’s estate regeneration and council home-building programme, including homes to be built through the Council’s wholly-owned housing company, Sixty Bricks. During her time with Waltham Forest, Jennifer has reshaped the Council’s housing strategy and framework for engaging with registered providers and worked on a number of subregional housing delivery initiatives. Jennifer has been instrumental in enabling the Council to grow its affordable homebuilding and regeneration programme at pace.
