Jessica Marsden-Smedley
Jessica Marsden-Smedley is a Senior Asset Manager at Argent. For much of Jessica’s career at Argent in the last 8.5 years, she has worked in the Development and Asset teams with a lead focus on placemaking, f&b, leisure, retail and leasing strategy across the evolving King’s Cross Estate.  Jessica has more recently moved on to the 180 acres Brent Cross Town project – a park town for a future London - which is a joint venture in the first phase of development between Argent Related and the London Borough of Barnet.  Jessica is now focused on the creation and implementation of the Brent Cross Town Centre Strategy, which includes the retail, leisure, F&B, meanwhile and placemaking initiatives across the 180 acres of mixed use development.
