John is leading one of London’s largest regeneration programmes in Thamesmead creating 20,000 new homes and is Group Lead for Placemaking.

Before joining Peabody in 2016 John held CEO positions at Letchworth Garden City Heritage Foundation and Milton Keynes Partnership.

John is a Chartered Surveyor and has a Master of Arts in Urban Regeneration.  He is the Chair of Greatwell Housing Association and a Director of the Creative Land Trust, a charity established to secure affordable workspace for creatives in London.
