John is a member of the Royal Town Planning Institute, Major Developers Group and the Architecture Club. He is also a senior judge for the International Property Awards. Prior to joining the CT Group, John was Director of Planning at Westminster City Council overseeing some of the most challenging developments in the UK such as Chelsea Barracks, Paddington Cube, Victoria, Old War Office, Parliamentary Estate and the regeneration of the West End.

John provides clients with strategic counsel and project oversight as a campaign lead. His expert knowledge of real estate, and in particular the UK planning system and the political environment within which it operates, allows John to provide industry-leading advice.
