Joe is an architect with experience in publicly procured town-centre regeneration across a variety of scales and scopes. Before joining Waltham Forest Council via the Public Practice Associate Programme, he worked at Pollard Thomas Edwards on various residential-led projects as well as new settlement masterplans.

Joe is passionate about the progressive evolution of the architectural profession and design methodologies that make placemaking more accessible to all, including underrepresented communities. He has various voluntary roles as a champion for ArchitectureLGBT+.
