As Executive Director, Origination, Australia, Kimberley is responsible for executing Lendlease Development's origination strategy - identifying and securing major opportunities that drive long term growth across Australia's most significant precincts.

 

A highly accomplished leader, Kimberley previously led the $3bn Central Place Sydney project – a joint venture between Dexus and Frasers focused on the regeneration of the Central Station precinct. Prior to this she served as Managing Director NSW/ACT for Create Advisory. 

 

Throughout her career, Kimberley has held leadership roles on some of the most complex and transformative mixed-use precincts across Australia and Asia. This includes Sydney Place, a vibrant, world class precinct that delivered a premium commercial tower, activated laneways and a dynamic mix of dining, retail and public spaces contributing to the much-needed regeneration of Sydney’s Circular Quay. 

Internationally, she led the global development team behind Parc1 Seoul, one of the largest mixed-use developments in Korea - unlocking significant growth opportunities in the heart of a rapidly evolving global city. 

 

Kimberley's career began with Lendlease in 1994, where she contributed the iconic Aurora Place development. Across her career with Lendlease, she has built a diverse skill set, spanning project delivery, origination and development leadership.
