Kin Kay is a chartered Architect with over 10 years professional experience in design and delivery of highly technical complex schemes in London. At PDP London he takes a pivotal role on early-stage design development with a passion for bridging design value and real estate development principals. During construction phases, he champions design quality, regulatory framework and site monitoring processes. He believes in a collaborative approach through learning from a diverse range of stakeholder groups throughout project lifecycles. He has recently completed Regents Crescent, the rebuilding of a Grade I listed John Nash building.
