Martyn Riley is Head of Live/Work Space at Bow Arts, where he leads the organisation’s live/work studio portfolio supporting artists across London. He brings over 25 years’ experience in senior operational and venue management, with a substantial background in delivering complex, large‑scale public events across the production and hospitality sectors. His expertise spans operational delivery, compliance, health and safety, and the management of people and places in complex and high‑use environments.

Alongside his operational career, Martyn is a practising artist and holds an MA in Sound Arts from University of the Arts London. Prior to joining Bow Arts, he managed his own creative studio space in North London, giving him first‑hand experience of the challenges and opportunities faced by artists within workspace and live/work settings.
