Murray founded SiteSales in 1987 and since then he has enjoyed advising PLC companies, registered providers, charities and local authorities on what became their successful development strategies.

 

One in particular, the Barnardo’s Garden Village, stands out for its wellness credentials, but also for the innovative financial structure that enabled client Barnado’s to gain a new head office effectively for no cost. The project was designed as houses and apartments for local families around a village green, providing attractive, health-giving green space. Others have included the former Athletes’ Village, Montmorency Park in N11, Six Acres in Finsbury Park and Stockwell Park Estate.

 

Ultimately, Murray is constantly challenged and stimulated by the projects that SiteSales undertakes.

 

But to get a bit of work/life balance, he spends as much time as he can walking (with and without his dogs), running, cycling, fishing, and golfing.
