I’m a Senior Planning Partner in Gerald Eve’s Planning and Development department. I provide advice on all matters relating to the development process for a wide range of landowners, developers and potential occupiers.I am particularly experienced in matters concerning Central London where my spectrum of work ranges from advising on proposals for major regeneration schemes through to the promotion of applications in some of London’s most historic and sensitive areas. I have also appeared as an expert witness at Public Local Inquiries, Development Plan EiP’s, the High Court, Land tribunals and CPO inquiries.
