I am a highly experienced Director (ACCA qualified) leading and delivering Housing Services (General Fund (GF) and Housing Revenue Account (HRA)), Regeneration, Economic Development, services solutions and business re-engineering at senior manager level.  

Experienced in the delivery of innovative new build housing delivery models, wider regeneration and place shaping, as well as leading on developing inward investment strategies and the economic growth agenda.

Currently working for the London Borough of Havering, I have led the council procurement and delivery of three Joint Venture Limited Liability Partnerships to build up to 8,000 new homes across the borough.
