Nigel joined JTRE London’s Board in 2021 as Head of Leasing and Sales, before being appointed as Managing Director in 2023. He began leading the business in the advanced stages of £400 million mixed-use development Triptych Bankside, which includes 169 luxury apartments, 80,000 sq ft of prime grade A commercial space, plus 9,900 sq ft of retail. The commercial building has been fully let since 2023.

He was previously Partner at real estate consultancy and agency Knight Frank. He has 20 years of experience working across some of London’s major mixed-use developments including One Blackfriars, One Tower Bridge, Kings Cross, Lincoln Square and Abell & Cleland with combined value of over £6bn. Major clients included Qatari Diar, Landsec, Berkeley Group and Argent.
