Patrick is an equity partner at Pollard Thomas Edwards. He oversees a range of projects and also leads PTE's work in design for Later Living.
In 2009 Patrick coordinated the first, highly influential, HAPPI report - Housing our Ageing Population: Panel for Innovation.
Among his current interests is co-housing, both as an opportunity for collaborative design and as an underused component of balanced, sustainable neighbourhoods.
