Philip is a Project Director within Grosvenor UK’s Development team with 30 years project and advisory experience. He is responsible for a diverse range of schemes through use, value and complexity. Philip has been with Grosvenor for 20 years and has responsibility for a range of projects undertaken directly by Grosvenor and in promoting joint ventures. Prior to joining Grosvenor in 2003, he was a Director of Cushman & Wakefield providing development advisory, regeneration and transactional agency services across the UK. Philip’s responsibility is to lead on the development management delivery of projects to ensure all Grosvenor’s strategic objectives are met. This involves overseeing the full development process from strategy creation to site identification, customer research and financial analysis, design through to planning consent, third party agreements, financing/joint venture structuring, and project team leadership through construction to completion, marketing, letting and sale. Projects include 20 Grosvenor Street (pre-let to KMPG) 33 Davies Street (JV with Stow Capital Partners, multi let), 20 Grosvenor Hill (pre-let to Gagosion Gallery), more recently completed developments at the Ice Factory and Holbein Gardens in Belgravia and the Bond Street Cross rail over-station development at 65 Davies Street (development agreement with Transport for London). Philip also acted as the Asset Manager for the Grosvenor London Office Fund (GLOF), a commercial closed ended discretionary fund. Philip is a Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors, a member of the British Council for Offices, and sits of the Commercial Property Committee of the BPF (British Property Federation)
