Rosie works for the London Borough of Camden as the Rough Sleeping Commissioner. The aim of her work is to commission tailored and creative services that meet the needs of people who are roughsleeping and recognise gaps and improvements in service provision.She oversees an outreach team, three supported accommodation projects and other specialist services. She has a particular interest in developing integrated and trauma informed services. Rosie works closely with other local authorities, the GLA, the NHS, and charitable organisations in order to achieve Camden’s ambition that everyone who is rough sleeping is given a personalised service offer which means they no longer need to sleep rough and can rebuild their life away from the street.
