Simon was formerly Head of Land & Development at JLL leading on some of London’s largest land transactions, regeneration and land assembly including Canada Water and Nine Elms.
In 2020 Simon led JLL’s UK Health, Later Living & Care business, focussing on better social outcomes from development, in recognition of rapid demographic change and increasing longevity.
Simon now leads on JLL’s environmental, social and governance strategy across the residential and living business and holds an Exec Msc in Cities from London School of Economics.
