Sinéad is Curatorial Director at Futurecity, a London-based Cultural Placemaking Agency. As part of the Arts Team, she leads on the delivery of public art commissions and exhibitions, and works on public art strategies, providing a curatorial perspective.
Sinéad has over 15 years contemporary arts experience, curating, commissioning and leading projects with Artangel, Barbican, Liverpool Biennial and Museum of the Home. She has worked with many organisations and stakeholders initiating and shaping new partnerships and programming opportunities, and has worked with many artists including Shezad Dawood, Susan Philipsz, Mona Hatoum, Harold Offeh, Holly Hendry, Michael McMillan and Yael Bartana, and edited publications including The Vulgar: Fashion Redefined (Koenig, 2016) and Beautiful world, where are you? (Art Books Publishing, 2018). She holds an MFA in Curating from Goldsmiths College.
