Sinéad is an Associate Director at DP9 and has over 17 years of planning experience in the private sector. Before Joining DP9 in 2019 she worked at Barton Willmore, now Stantec (London), Rapleys (London) and Pegasus Group (Cambridge). 

 

Sinéad has advised on numerous planning projects across London and the South East, with a focus on residential and mixed-use schemes. Current projects include: Rotherhithe Gasworks, Albert and Swedish Wharf, Plot H1 Elephant Park and Silvertown Quays. Project management and co-ordination of multi-disciplinary teams is a key role for Sinéad on a day to day basis, and she has a keen interest in complex urban regeneration projects. Sinéad mentors junior staff at DP9 and through the Women in Planning Network.
