Stephanie is head of residential at regeneration specialist Muse. She brings over two decades of experience across the residential and mixed-use sector, having built her career across UK, European, and US markets. 

Stephanie joined from her post as Head of Group Strategy at APO Group, where she provided strategic advice for residential assets, including guidance on investments and acquisitions. This also involved supporting the design process with a focus on ESG and social impact. 

Before her tenure at APO Group, Stephanie served as Director of Residential Operations and Asset Management for Invesco EMEA, concentrating on the strategic expansion of its European living sector markets. 

A prominent leader in the living sector markets, Stephanie is a member of the Joint Education Task Force for The Property Institute (TPI) and Association for Rental Living (ARL). She has contributed to the Build-to-rent (BTR) Best Practice Guide, The BTR Alliance Best Practice Guide and the BTR Certification Programmes. Stephanie was appointed to the ARL Board in 2024 and also chairs the EDI Committee, where she launched the EDI White Paper alongside the ARL Exec at UKREiiF in 2026.
