Place Partnerships Conference 2026

Half-day conference

Join us for the NLA Place Partnerships Conference 2026 exploring how public-private partnerships are delivering London’s future places.

With political control becoming more fragmented across London boroughs, our capacity for working together between the public sector, private sector and wider stakeholders, has never been more important or challenging.

As the city responds to geopolitical instability and economic uncertainty, public and private sector organisations are increasingly working together to share risk, unlock funding and deliver places that support long-term growth for all Londoners.

London’s new town centres represent the next generation of major regeneration; large-scale, mixed-use districts and urban extensions where housing, infrastructure, transport and placemaking are being delivered together through long-term collaboration between the public and private sectors.

NLA’s Place Partnership Conference will convene experts, developers, and policymakers to examine how place-based partnerships can shape the delivery of the next generation of new town centres and large-scale regeneration projects.

This new conference reflects on the challenges facing the city, and the immense opportunities that can be unlocked through the right partnerships, infrastructure and investment. It takes a deeper dive into how the delivery of new towns happens through the mechanics of partnership.

What makes a successful partnership? Which models are delivering results? And what are the biggest challenges facing collaboration today?

Join us on the 6th July at the London Centre to be part of a unique networking opportunity and access to insights into emerging destinations shaped through partnership. If you are looking for a new delivery partner or want to hear from the local authorities and developers leading best practice regeneration, book now, free for NLA Members.
