Stephen is the Head of Residential for the UK at Atkins. The team that he oversees is involved in a wide range of residential schemes, including a number of large scale regeneration projects, as well as being involved in a number of schemes for local authorities across the UK. He is also heavily involved in EDAROTH, Atkins’ offsite affordable housing proposition.
