Tessa leads the Urban and City Logistics team within JLL’s Industrial Agency business where the team focuses on inner London industrial schemes and industrial intensification in the form of multi-strorey buildings and co-location schemes.   

Tessa has spent over 10 years working in the Industrial and Logistics market with a background in research and more recently sitting in the agency business.  As head of the Urban & City Logistics team Tessa has used the last few years to really understand intensified industrial schemes having travelled to Asia, the US and mainland Europe to inspect properties and now as a team is advising on multi-storey schemes in London.
