Wil leads a team of development professionals in the Strategic Projects and Property unit at the GLA.  The team oversees the development of a large portfolio of land holdings, partnering with the public and private sectors on residential, commercial, industrial and mixed-use schemes. 

 

Wil has led on numerous large scale regeneration projects for the GLA including Greenwich Peninsula, Greenwich Millennium Village, Beam Park, Thameside West, Albert Island, Cane Hill, East Plus (the GLA’s industrial JV with Segro) and is currently working on a package of investment opportunities focused on industrial intensification and residential co-location. 

 

Wil also advises on new investment and development opportunities on behalf of GLA Land and Property, the GLA’s in-house property company. Wil has structured agreements through framework panels, OJEU procurement vehicles, JVs, DAs and other delivery routes to progress the Mayor’s strategic housing and regeneration objectives for London.
