The next in the series of Borough Briefings will provide an update on Southwark’s plans for delivering new council housing through estate infill and partnerships, recent case studies of mixing residential and industrial uses and an update on the Bakerloo Line extension with latest news on Old Kent Road regeneration and why this project is crucial to the borough and wider London. 
 
The Borough Briefing series provides a platform for local authorities to talk about some of the key issues affecting communities and neighbourhoods, creating a forum for promoting future plans of areas undergoing change and providing the wider industry valuable insight into the borough’s priorities.
