The pandemic has highlighted the importance of ensuring London’s transport system is resilient and responsive to change. As new technologies emerge and the need to decarbonise transport becomes greater, how can we ensure we capital’s transport system is able to adapt in a way that is safe and fair for all Londoners? How can we ensure changes can be quickly and easily implement while at the same time managing competing demands for limited space and maintaining the highest safety standards on our roads?
