Gain practical skills to shape your built environment career in this interactive workshop designed to build confidence, direction and agency

Built environment careers are rarely linear. This interactive workshop brings together emerging and established voices from across the built environment to explore how early and mid-career professionals can navigate non-linear career journeys.

Through a series of PechaKuchas, speakers will share a key skill that they developed and used to shape their career – from public speaking and communication, to resilience and confidence.

Attendees will then take part in breakout sessions to practice these skills directly, gaining practical insight and advice.
