Join us for an evening of drinks and networking to learn more about Hadley Property Group’s unique approach to meanwhile and pop-up uses. The site currently hosts a community wellbeing hub, a neighbourhood garden and an ex-offender’s skills and training academy. Find out how The Lighthouse and Gardens on Celebration Avenue provide a physical and economic link directly to Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park from Stratford further east.

As the final regeneration site in Stratford, IQL North will be one of East London’s most sustainable, inclusive, and inviting neighbourhoods.

Hadley is working alongside an award-winning team, partnering with Mecanoo, Delta, Buro Happold and Deloitte to deliver this ambitious scheme.
