This webinar will explore how retailers and other stakeholders are regenerating the high street to respond to modern demands.
High streets have been in steady decline since the emergence of online shopping, exacerbated by the Covid-19 pandemic. In response, retailers and other stakeholders have found new ways to encourage customers to shop in person: diversifying the offer to include moments for culture and leisure, prolonging the retail experience to encourage activity throughout the day, and providing experiential services to find new ways to engage with customers.
This webinar brings together experts from across the retail sector to discuss how they are repurposing retail to encourage footfall to London's high streets, as well as sharing the challenges they have faced.
