Join this NLA Study Tour of Phase 2 of Gascoigne East, part of the Gascoigne Estate in Barking and Dagenham.

Hear more from Civic Engineers, White Arkitekter and BeFirst on the transformation of the 1960s estate into 500 new homes, schools, a community centre and commercial spaces for local residents. Gascoigne East Phase 2 also comprises a climate resilient, future proofed public realm, including a new park, courtyards and street network. The project team will discuss the various challenges and successes of the project, including the integration of SuDs and self enforcing low speed roads.
