New London Architecture

Study Tour: Peel Precinct and NWCC

Tour

Wednesday 05 November 2025
08:30 - 10:00

Join Vistry and Brent Council on a study tour of Peel Precinct and NWCC, a landmark regeneration development within Brent Council’s South Kilburn regeneration programme.
The transformative mixed-use scheme is reshaping the area into a vibrant, sustainable neighbourhood, with over 550 new homes, of which 43% are affordable, together with community amenities and spaces.

The development integrates high-quality architecture with community-focused design, featuring a new health centre, pharmacy, café, and retail spaces. A public plaza anchors the scheme, fostering social interaction and connectivity. The project prioritises tenure-blind design, generous communal gardens, and car-free streets to enhance liveability and cohesion.
