In the race to achieve NetZero, the carbon impact of fit-out tends to be overlooked. Although it has less impact compared to building’s structures, embracing a comprehensive approach is crucial to move towards more sustainable buildings.

Given their short lifespan, fit-outs have the potential for significant savings throughout a building's life. This can be achieved through various solutions, including the use of recycled materials, re-used fit-out, selection of natural materials, design for flexibility and disassembly.

In this webinar, we will hear from workplaces projects that have championed sustainable fit-outs, presenting the wide range of benefits, from financial gains, sustainable practices and improved wellbeing by fostering healthier indoor environments.
