NLA's Tall Buildings Conference and Survey presents the latest updates on London's tall buildings pipeline for 2026.
The Conference Programme brings together leading voices from across the built environment industries to respond to the survey’s findings and explore the role of tall buildings in shaping the capital. Conference sessions will cover the impact of changing regulations on high rises, retrofit and reuse, office delivery, innovations and low-carbon solutions to engineering, and how tall buildings can positively shape public realm and placemaking.
The 2026 survey provides the latest tall building pipeline, drawing on intel from the GLA Data Planning Hub and analysis by PriceHubble. It sets out key statistics on completed applications, uses and typologies, retofit versus new build, borough density and distribution, as well as collating industry commentary and cross-sector thought leadership, offering a holistic overview of the impact of high-rises on the city.
