Plot M0121 Lower Riverside

Planning Granted

30-storey Greenwich tower with 300 apartments, designed as part of the Peninsula masterplan. It features corner balconies, a stepped crown and terraces offering panoramic views.

Eda

Built

Eda is a 29-storey, 290-apartment tower in Salford Quays with amenities, a rooftop garden and active street frontage. Designed by Chapman Taylor, it gained approval in 2020 and completed in 2023.

Liverpool Waters

Liverpool Waters is a 1.7m m² mixed-use waterfront regeneration scheme with outline consent. Chapman Taylor created the masterplan and continues to help deliver key development plots.

One Arlington Square

Built

One Arlington Square is a £5m refurbishment transforming a 1990s office into modern, wellness-focused workspace with a new glazed courtyard, natural materials and biophilic design elements.

Manchester Goods Yard

Built

Manchester Goods Yard and No1 Grape Street offer 29,000m² of workspace and retail and studios, including Booking.com’s 20,000m² hub. Part of Enterprise City, the scheme is delivered by Chapman Taylor.

MediaCity Phase 2

Planning Granted

MediaCityUK Phase 2 adds homes, offices, leisure and public spaces in a £1bn expansion. Chapman Taylor masterplanned the 7.7ha site, creating a BREEAM Excellent mixed-use district.

Bupa Place

Built

Bupa Place is a BREEAM Excellent Manchester HQ with 13,700m² of Grade A offices. Chapman Taylor designed the building and delivered Cat A and Cat B fit-outs using a fully BIM-coordinated process.

Tomorrow

Built

Tomorrow is a low-energy mixed-use building with flexible offices for digital and creative industries, a 112-bed hotel, top connectivity and BREEAM Excellent, designed by Chapman Taylor using 3D BIM.

Brent Cross West Station

Built

Brent Cross West, London’s first new mainline station in a decade, was designed by Chapman Taylor with WSP. It serves Brent Cross Town and Barnet with inclusive facilities and new pedestrian links.

Hotel Indigo Coventry

Built

Hotel Indigo Coventry, opened in January 2024, is a boutique IHG hotel with design inspired by the city’s industrial heritage, offering modern, personalised and locally rooted experiences.

Gloucester Quays

Built

Chapman Taylor revamped Gloucester Quays with a new leisure quarter, a 10-screen cinema in a retained façade, and reconfigured restaurant units, boosting footfall from 1.5m to 7m a year.

Ashford Designer Outlet extension

Built

Opened in 2019, the extension adds 50 retail, leisure and F&B units, an events space, a play area, improved links and parking, and features Europe’s largest living green wall by Chapman Taylor.

Princesshay

Built

Princesshay is an award-winning city centre scheme with 60 stores, dining, a department store and 121 apartments. Masterplanned by Chapman Taylor, it is BREEAM Very Good and attracts millions yearly.

Cabot Circus

Cabot Circus is a £250m mixed-use scheme with major retail, leisure, offices, homes, parking, hotel and student spaces, featuring new streets and squares and winning a 2008 MAPIC award.
