Future of London is looking for hosts for its fast-track London wide BAME leadership programme. Developers, consultancies, housing associations and London boroughs looking to make a tangible commitment to diversity are invited to apply to host one or more participants from January 2022. The Emerging Talent programme offers a unique public/private rotational placement experience with career coaching and leadership training. Hosts benefit from having access to pre-assessed ambitious individuals and being part of a network of committed organisations sharing equality, diversity and inclusion best practice.
