Moving around London

The moving category is concerned with transport projects and the whole experience of travelling around London, but also takes on board infrastructure projects which transport water, waste and other elements. Schemes included new urban typologies which might increase in number into the future as we see more local energy systems, new railway stations and accompanying public realm as ‘seeding projects’ for as-yet-undeveloped new quarters of London and a new pier and riverboat terminal proposal that works as a placemaking focus for the community and to make the most of the river.
