Florence leads on the development, curation and delivery of the NLA’s Professional Programme. She ensures our programme is relevant and insightful, fulfilling our membership value proposition and engaging a wider professional audience with interests in the built environment sector. She has oversight of NLA Expert Panels and Research outputs.
