Join this tour of 25 Baker St. W1, a new Marylebone destination bringing office space, residences and retail together around a pedestrianised courtyard, Loxton Walk.

The session will open with insights from Derwent London’s Matt Massey and Hopkins architects, Thom Kilvert and Sophy Twohig. Together, they will introduce the vision and collaboration behind the project, sharing the architectural approach, design principles and development journey that shaped the building, as well as the wider scheme.

The introduction will be followed by a guided tour of key areas within the building, highlighting the design features and spaces that bring the project’s vision to life. The session will conclude in Loxton Walk, the newly created public realm that forms a central part of the wider development.
