Shorlisted in the HOUSING category

A cluster of four buildings comprising 100% affordable homes on a site formerly occupied by light industrial sheds. Arranged around a central courtyard, they have a mixture of uses, the intent being to continue the neighbourhood’s creative reputation as a place where culture is produced as well as consumed. Local artists have been commissioned to provide art for the residential lobbies and courtyard in conjunction with local stakeholders. The first handovers were 6 months ahead of contract programme.
