The refurbishment of 1FA represents the dramatic re-working of one of the most highly regarded office buildings within the City of London. The spirit of the existing scheme has been retained and enhanced while extending the life of the building by a further 15 years. AHMM’s refurbishment has transformed this architecturally important and flexible office building into mixed-use retail, leisure and flexible co-working office space, bringing new uses to the area and reinforcing British Land’s vision for a vibrant masterplan and public realm.
