The exemplary development allows local elderly people to live independently and affordably, and is funded by a 22,500sqm flexible commercial workspace facing Blackfriars Road. New public gardens link Blackfriars Road to the emerging Low Line.

Consented in September 2021, the development is planned to complete in 2025.
