Chobham Manor phase 4, situated on the edge of the Olympic Park masterplan and to the north of the East Village neighbourhood, provides 161 residential units arranged around a landscaped courtyard.

The three buildings range from four to eight-storeys but share a common architectural language. The buildings facing the park are characterised by a strongly expressed brick clad structural grid, while the mansion block to the rear of the site has a strong horizontal emphasis with textured brick detailing.
