This scheme is being delivered by Lewisham Council’s housing company, Lewisham Homes, as part of its social home building programme, ‘Building for Lewisham’.
The site was previously occupied by an underused garage court and hardstanding. The development, which welcomed its first Lewisham Council tenants in July 2020, comprises five two-bedroom homes on a mews with paved courtyard to the front. They are built to high design and efficiency standards.
