A key regeneration site, located on the former Taberner House site in central Croydon, opposite the Croydon Council offices and near to Croydon Town Hall. Queen's Quarter comprises of four blocks:
1. Fold Building - 36 storeys / 114m
2. Malcom Wicks House - 21 storeys / 67m
3. Chorus Apartments - 19 storeys / 63m
4. Bloom House - 13 storeys / 45m

The blocks are centred around The Queen's Gardens - a community-designed public park which has been reimagined by landscape architect Grant Associates - and provides space for retail, leisure and cultural activities, as well as bring much-needed new homes and jobs to the area.
